We train crews.
Not temps.
Most vehicle labor jobs in this market are staffing-agency placements: you get sent somewhere, nobody trains you, and the schedule changes on Friday night. We run our own crews — including airport rental operations in Hawaii, where we provide vehicle services to EAN (Enterprise Holdings — Enterprise, National, Alamo). You get a schedule you can plan around, training before you touch a revenue unit, and a supervisor who is on the line with you — not on a phone in another state.
- AirportCrews work EAN Hawaii airport rental operations
- ScheduledShifts posted in the crew portal ahead of the week
- TrainedYou learn the standard before you work a revenue unit
- PromotedCrew lead openings filled from inside first
Why work here
The four things crews tell us they actually want.
We are a detailing operator that also supplies labor — today that includes airport rental operations in Hawaii — so the quality of the work is our name on the line — which means the crew has to be trained, scheduled, and supported. That is the whole business model, not a perk.

01
Steady, scheduled hours
Your shifts — date, location, start and end, and the role you are working — are posted in the employee portal before the week starts. If a schedule changes, your supervisor tells you, and the portal shows it.
-
02
Real training first
You are trained on the written standard before you are put on a revenue unit. Nobody hands you a bottle and a lot full of cars on day one and calls that onboarding.
-
03
A working supervisor on shift
Our supervisors work the line. When you have a question about a stain, a damage call, or a unit that is not right, there is someone next to you who can answer it and back you up with the branch.

04
A path to crew lead
Crew supervisor is a promotion, and we look inside the crew first. Learn the standard, hold it consistently, help train the next person — that is the path, and we will tell you exactly where you stand.

Tell us where you are and when you can work.

- What we ask for Name, phone, email, market, the role you want, your availability, whether you hold a valid driver license (yes or no), and years of experience.
- What we never ask for online No Social Security number, no date of birth, no driver license number. Nobody from ILS will ask for those in an email or a text. Background checks happen later, in person, with your written consent.
